There's plenty of 'investors' out there happy to charge you to live on their land. Even better, while you're working all those ridiculous hours to pay your rent, you're also paying taxes which fund the infrastructure that makes the land more valuable so your rent can go up. How awesome is that?
Even better your landlord won't be paying hardly anything in taxes on the windfall gains the property is making so you'll be subsidising their taxes too.
